For breakfast I had a bowl of chia seed pudding with fresh raspberries and a smoothie made of almond milk, mixed frozen berries, honey and some kale.

I love this stuff! Smoked salmon, a bit of cream cheese and onions on crisp bread.

In the evening I had red quinoa with a mixture of vegetables and a coconut milk based curry sauce that I adapted from the Detoxinista.
