#PA Update: Month 10

Hi genies
Ok, so it’s time for yet another update! Is it just me or are the days just flying by?? Can’t believe it’s already October and that I only have two more months left in this project 🙁

This month I have really focused on healthy eating. I have tried to avoid dairy and find substitutes such as almond milk, coconut milk, soy yoghurt and things like that. I have further increased my intake of vegetables and fruits, by for example having smoothies and some kind of stir-fry for dinner. My breakfast usually consist of either soy yoghurt topped with almonds, a home-made smoothie or chia seed pudding.

I have also kept on squatting throughout the month, done some interval training here and there and then I’ve been walking and cycling quite a bit. But I’ve already started amping up my fitness game this next month which I’ll update you on in about 31 days from now ;)…and I’ll probably also tell you about the secret “little” project I’ll do next…So get excited!

How have you been doing this month?

Bubble-Bites…

Hi genies

Breakfast

Breakfast

For breakfast I had my usual bowl of plain soy yoghurt, sweetened with some agave sirup and cinnamon and topped with a handful of almonds.

Lunch

Lunch

I had a leftover avocado so I decided to have some crisp bread with pesto, avocado and onion. Quick and easy but yummy nonetheless!

Snack

Snack

I tried to make some home-made kale chips for a little mid-afternoon snack…for this I drizzled some olive oil on torn-up pieces of kale, seasoned it all with salt and garlic powder, popped it in the oven and voilà! 😉

Dinner

Dinner

My dinner was made up of a tender chicken breast and some roasted root vegetables.
